Coaches can be mentors, consultants, teachers, etc. but one important thing about a coach is that they can help you see yourself and your situation in a different way, and help you customize your plan of action according to your individual uniqueness and in turn, you can be literally pulled toward your desired change and goals, instead of blindly pushed.
